Braised Beancurd with Montéa "Oolong" Tea

萌蒂茶香豆干

Ingredients:

• 15pcs spiced beancurd (small pieces)
• 5g Montéa “Oolong” tea leaves
• 1 cinnamon
• 2 stalks spring onion
• 5 star anise

Seasoning:

• 2pcs ginger
• 20g rock sugar
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 50ml soy sauce
• 1300ml water

Method:

• Place all the ingredients in a big pot and bring to a boil for 10 minutes.

• Add in beancurd and let it simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, and let it soak overnight. Ready to serve.

• 15块 五香豆干 (小块)
• 5克 萌帝牌乌龙茶叶
• 1支 桂皮
• 2颗 青葱
• 5个 八角

调味料:

• 2片 姜
• 20克 冰糖
• 1小匙 盐
• 1大匙 晒油
• 50毫升 生抽
• 1300毫升 水

做法:

• 把全部材料放入锅内注入沸水煮沸至10分钟。

• 加入豆干以慢火煮10分钟后离火,浸泡过夜至入味。
